Role Overview

The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spas daily operations including team leadership service quality scheduling product inventory guest satisfaction and revenue performance. This role requires a blend of operational expertise client service excellence and strategic thinking to ensure the spa operates smoothly and profitably while maintaining a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily spa operations ensuring a consistently high level of service and smooth workflow.
• Manage treatment schedules staff rotas to optimise productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all health safety and hygiene standards in line with hotel policy and industry regulations.

Guest Experience

• Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest inquiries feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a calm welcoming and luxurious spa environment.

Team Leadership

• Recruit train and supervise spa therapists and spa receptionists
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.
• Create a collaborative motivated and guest-focused team culture.

Financial

• Manage spa budgets revenue goals and cost controls.
• Monitor sales performance treatment profitability and staff productivity.
