Our Spa Hosts are key to maintaining the magic of our spas. You’ll guide guests through our unique spa experiences across both hotel sites, manage the presentation of our spa facilities, and provide a reassuring presence in terms of water safety. Every day is different, and every guest’s journey is unique. This varied role with varied shift patterns includes being available forevenings,weekends and holidays. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Spa reception desks – using our booking software, managing spa and pool arrivals, as well as the safety of those using them. Guiding our guests through their day at both spas, and advising on treatments and products.
  • Sensory Spa Garden – complete care of facilities and water quality testing, guided tours, and outdoor hosting of the experiences.
  • Spa Experiences – hosting our guests through use of our hammam, rhassoul, and copper tub experiences.
  • Clifftop Hot Tubs – guiding our guests to our iconic clifftop hot tubs, serving drinks, caring for the facilities and water quality testing.

Who do we want?

This is a guest-facing role, focused on ensuring everyone enjoys a nurturing, rejuvenating and altogether and memorable spa experience. Warm and< b>welcoming you will be the first point of contact, helping our guests navigate their spa journey while keeping our facilities beautifully maintained. From overseeing spa reception and managing bookings to hosting outdoor experiences like our Clifftop Hot Tubs or Sensory Spa Garden, you will bring enthusiasm, flexibilityand attention to detail to every interaction.

Skills & Experience:

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering remarkable guest experiences
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Computer literacy (experience with Premier software is an advantage)
  • Interest in spa treatments and wellness
  • Ability to swim 25m unaided (lifeguarding or emergency pool responder training is a plus, but full training will be provided)
