A leading catering company in London is seeking a Sous Chef to enhance their team. This role involves producing high-quality food, managing a team of 25, and developing new concepts. Ideal candidates will have contract catering experience, flexibility, and a strong knowledge of food hygiene. The position offers a salary of £40,000 per annum, with numerous benefits including training opportunities and a pension scheme.

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 45 hours per week - 5 days over 7, the shift can fall anytime between 6am and latest finish 11pm, flexibility is a must
