Location: SE1 8XX

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 45 hours per week - 5 days over 7, the shift can fall anytime between 6am and latest finish 11pm, flexibility is a must

Key responsibilities
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
  • Supporting our retail outlets, members’ lounge offering table service and catering, ranging from small drop-offs to high-profile functions (such as BFI and BAFTA)
  • Responsible for team of 25
