Key Responsibilities

• As Sous Chef, you will: Ensure every guest interaction is positive and encourages return visits
• Manage staff rotas and hours effectively
• Support and cover for the Head Chef when needed
• Handle all ordering and stock control within budget
• Induct and train new team members
• Maintain high food safety and health & safety standards
• Communicate effectively across departments for smooth service
• Support the growth of the private events offering
• Undertake any reasonable management requests
