You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food and service while managing a dynamic team. As Sous Chef you’ll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

Compensation: up to £12.21 per hour, 35hrs per week, reliable hours contract, CDP for career progression to Head Chef, Privilege card discount, Marston’s Rewards.
