We are seeking a fun Sous Chef for a busy award-winning Bistro, we have partnered with this bustling business to help them find a solid food led Sous Chef. The Bistro itself is situated in a typicallyBritish country town, the focus is on classic dishes executed with skill and quality, with some of the top suppliers within a 15-mile radius, you will have the freshestingredients to hand at any point.

We would our Sous Chef:

• Sous Chef for 3 years minimum
• Basic knowledge of British cuisine essential
• Ability to create/cost &executestunning sustainable dishes
• Passion for in house bakery & creating from scratch
• As sous,you will be a driver of kitchen culture and mentoring
