This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef with strong fresh-food experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, modern kitchen and takes pride in producing fresh-modern European dishes.

This Sous Chef role offers real creative input, working closely with the Head Chef to shape an ambitious, evolving menu for a café, bistro, and lounge space. The venue runs everything from brunch to evening service, with live events, a buzzing atmosphere, and plenty of room for menu innovation, including the chance to reinvent the classic Sunday Roast in South-West London.
