Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals using high‑quality ingredients.
  • Lead by example, mentor the kitchen team, and uphold high standards of hospitality.
  • Work straight shifts with no evenings; 40 hours per week, typically 4 days of 10 hours.
  • Participate in a fully supported induction and progression opportunities through the Chef Academy.
Qualifications
  • The Sous Chef role requires a high level of culinary skills and experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  • Candidates should have a passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious and nutritious meals.
