We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a large, well-established hotel operation in the Bolton area. This is a high-volume kitchen environment with significant conference and banqueting, alongside multiple food and beverage outlets. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef who enjoys working at scale within a structured operation and is comfortable supporting large services and events.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting senior leadership while ensuring consistent standards across all areas of the operation.
