You will coordinate client engagements, create commercial proposals, and ensure progress reporting. The team supports Northern Trusts business development in a variety of ways offering consulting on Northern Trust and market offerings and capabilities. The teams primary focus is to deliver robust and efficient servicing solutions for new and existing clients specialising in complex change or complex client structures. The role can cover engagements from pre‑sale all the way through to post implementation.
Responsible for analysing specific business needs and architecting solutions, coordinating and consulting on solution drives, collaboration across business lines to provide appropriate solutions while effectively balancing the client requirements against our organisational needs.
Translating the initial idea / client meetings from the sales process into a business‑led programme of work requires;
Ensures the realisation of the desired business outcome by developing specific and appropriate solution proposals which are commercially viable and are guided by functional policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
