What you’ll be doing

• Lead and deliver legal support across strategic projects and transactions
• Act as subject matter expert on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate activities
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Provide clear, commercial legal advice to senior stakeholders
• Identify and manage legal risks across the ScottishPower/Iberdrola Group

What you’ll bring
