We are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team specialising in leasehold property management. Joining a small team focused on litigation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a laid-back yet highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Debt Recovery across small claims, fast-track, and multi-track cases.
  • Managing Breach of Lease issues through County Court and FTT actions.
  • Conducting Forfeiture and Possession Proceedings.
  • Advising on Lease Extensions, Variations, and conducting FTT Applications.
  • Detailed Lease Analysis and Enforcement of Judgments.
  • Providing expert advice on major works consultations, s20b notices, lease variations, lease structures, and notices of repair.
  • Supporting the Pre-Litigation team with expertise and guidance.
  • Attendance at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required for business development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leasehold property management is essential.
  • Expertise in handling landlord/tenant inquiries and related litigation matters.
  • Strong capability in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
