Soldering Technician — Cirencester

£15.78 Per Hour

Our well-known client in Cirencester is looking to add an experienced Soldering Technician to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted company that takes pride in high standards of quality and precision.

Soldering Technician Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out surface mount soldering and rework with high precision
• Perform Plated Through Hole (PTH) assembly in accordance with production standards
• Conduct visual and functional testing on assembled PCBs
• Interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints
• Use hand-powered tools for assembly tasks
• Ensure all work meets established quality and production standards

Soldering Technician Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in surface mount soldering
• Solid understanding of PTH assembly techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Soldering Technician Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:15 (Flexible)
• Friday, 07:30 – 12:00
