Software Developer required. My client is a successful school data expert company that produce the very best software to the education sector. The company is highly reputable and has provided software solutions and support to the most respected schools / colleges throughout the UK for over two decades.

They are now looking for a Software Developer to join their team based in Andover, Hampshire. They offer excellent career progression opportunities as well as hybrid working after a period of time.

The successful candidate will be involved in the development and support of our core product SchoolBase, a School Information System, and will be expected to work across the full stack, from front‑end through to database, across all aspects of the application.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience of C# .NET (core & framework) and ASP.NET MVC
• Minimum of 5 years experience of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS and JavaScript)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of working with Git Version Control
• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
• TypeScript, Power shell, Azure, Agile, Message queues, jQuery knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work across the full stack

Position Remuneration

• Salary £42,000 – 46,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year to 38 days max)
