In this role, you will be a key player shaping innovative technology solutions and strategies for our clients. Accountabilities

• Work closely with Solution Architects and leadership team, assisting with UK operations functions as required.
• Provide Technical/Engineering Leadership to delivery and business development teams.
• Lead the end-to-end solution and services definition based on customer requirements.
• Develop and integrate products with customer simulation products and real-world systems.
• Provide technical direction and engineering expertise for planning and implementation of solutions.
• Lead technical responses to customer proposals and develop innovative solutions.
• Develop customer technology solutions using best engineering practices.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide technical demonstrations.
• Train internal and external customers on capabilities.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computing or Mathematics.
• 5+ years relevant experience in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of Live, Virtual and Constructive systems for Training, Test, Evaluation and Experimentation.
• Strong understanding of modeling, simulation, and training technologies.
• Experience with simulation and cyber infrastructures and architectures.
• Knowledge of Distributed simulation using standards such as DIS, HLA and DDS.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• High proficiency in technical writing including proposals.
• Excellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Understanding of microservices and API design.
• Experience with DevOps Practices and Tools.
• Proficient in Software System Design and Architecture.
