We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Teacher of Sociology, Government & Politics to join our Social Science team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher—whether early in their career or experienced—to inspire students through engaging and rigorous teaching across our sixth form and/or KS4 provision.

About the Role
  • Teach Sociology and Government & Politics across KS4 and KS5 (depending on experience and timetabling)
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and debate
  • Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and support outstanding outcomes
  • Contribute positively to departmental planning, curriculum development, and enrichment
  • Support students' academic progress and wider personal development
  • Uphold high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement

  • Has strong subject knowledge in Sociology and Government & Politics
