We’re recruiting a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join our team in Wolverhampton!

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of social work interventions as allocated by the team manager
• Embrace a restorative approach to practice, supporting families to develop their own plans through Family Meetings or Family Group Conferencing (where safe and appropriate)
• Promote strength-based relationships with children, families, staff, partners, and colleagues across the district
