What you will do
  • Support fostering recruitment by completing Form F assessments and provide peer support in honing their Form F assessment skills.
  • Utilise your experience working within a fostering service to handle various tasks, including detailed assessments and working closely with foster carers.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Supervisor and Team Manager to ensure high standards of practice and service delivery.
  • Engage with Children in Care, ensuring their placements are robust and matched to the right families.
Requirements
  • You hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
  • You have current registration with Social Work England.
  • You possess significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK, working as a qualified Social Worker.
  • You have an immediate start availability.
