  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, and required services under relevant legislation and frameworks.
  • Develop and implement care plans that safeguard and promote children’s welfare.
  • Engage with families, schools, and partner agencies to ensure holistic, multi-agency approaches.
  • Maintain accurate case recordings, complete written reports, and ensure timely responses to safeguarding concerns.
  • Contribute to service improvements and team discussions to promote best practice.

  • Social Work England (SWE) registered
