This ongoing full-time locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £35, giving you the chance to support children in need, manage child protection cases, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What You Will Do:

Conduct thorough assessments for children and families to identify needs and interventions.

Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide comprehensive support.

Manage Child in Need (CIN) cases and, when required, child protection cases.

Mentor and provide oversight for unqualified social workers working on low-risk CIN cases.

Attend meetings and case conferences to ensure effective case planning.

Work office-based five days per week, with occasional opportunities to work from home.
