What you will do
  • Provide professional management and case supervision to a multidisciplinary team, focusing on enablement, recovery, and achieving social care outcomes across the Borough.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and processes, operating within the principles of user choice and control.
  • Lead the team in delivering specialised social care and enablement services for adults with mental health needs and their carers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous service improvement and safe practice.
  • Collaborate with partners both inside and outside the council to ensure integrated assessment, planning, and review.
  • Take responsibility for safeguarding adults at risk, ensuring safety and managed risk remain central to all practice.
  • Oversee accurate and timely recording of data in line with Council standards and processes.
