What you will do:

Provide professional management and case supervision to a multidisciplinary team, focusing on enablement, recovery, and achieving social care outcomes across the Borough.

Ensure compliance with service standards and processes, operating within the principles of user choice and control.

Lead the team in delivering specialised social care and enablement services for adults with mental health needs and their carers.

Promote a culture of continuous service improvement and safe practice.

Collaborate with partners both inside and outside the council to ensure integrated assessment, planning, and review.

Take responsibility for safeguarding adults at risk, ensuring safety and managed risk remain central to all practice.

Oversee accurate and timely recording of data in line with Council standards and processes.
