Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a committed Social Work Lead Practitioner to join our Family Help service in the Child Protection Enquiry Team and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families across the city. Responsibilities

• Act as the lead professional for children and families in need of help and support.
• Take a whole-family approach to needs-led assessments and multi-agency support planning.
• Lead the delivery of multi-agency plans and facilitate Early Help and Child in Need meetings.
• Establish and coordinate a "Team Around the Family" to ensure joined-up support.
• Prepare and present assessments and reports to conferences, courts, and panels.
• Engage with the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) where safeguarding concerns arise.
• Deliver child protection plans in collaboration with relevant partners.
• Build positive relationships with children and young people, promoting their development, safety, and wellbeing.
