Salary: £35.00 per hour
Contract: Full-Time | Locum | Ongoing

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist specialising in Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Based in the heart of the City of London, this ongoing full-time role invites you to make a meaningful impact while working within a diverse and vibrant community.

What You Will Do
  • Manage a dedicated caseload focused on ASC, including home assessments and specialist equipment provision
  • Conduct manual handling and complex seating assessments, ensuring effective care planning
  • Complete housing adaptation specifications such as wet rooms and stairlifts
  • Deliver reablement and care package reviews, including training for carers
  • Support duty functions including equipment ordering and hospital discharge facilitation
  • Make welfare calls and carry out home visits when required
  • Work collaboratively with key partner services such as NRS, IIT, ACRT, CMHT and community rehab teams
  • Participate in regular business and development meetings
  • Engage in project activity including telecare assessments in partnership with Camden Careline
  • Complete housing assessments and maintain accurate documentation using Mosaic and other software systems
  • Travel for out-of-borough assessments as required
