Berklee is looking for an experienced and relationship-drivenSocial Media Video Producerto plan, produce, and publish compelling social content that captures the dynamic culture of the world’s premier creative institution. This is astudent-centeredandmission-drivenrole, demanding a minimum on-site presence of three days a week in Boston (including evenings/weekends for events) to authentically capture our vibrant community. About the Role & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving measurable results for brand visibility, audience reach, engagement, and application submissions through high-quality video content. You’ll build strong internal partnerships to ensure a constant flow of engaging stories that reflect Berklee’s reputation for Excellence, Community, and Diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of Video and Concert Production to manage asocial publishing calendarthat ensures a balanced content mix for Prospective Students, Alumni, and Industry Leaders.
  • Identify, plan, and manage coverage for key events (performances, guest artists, milestones) to captureauthentic, high-quality moments.
  • Relationship Building:Build deep, trusted connections across academic, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a constant flow of content opportunities.
  • Maintain a bias forproactive communicationwith internal stakeholders, ensuring early alignment on campaigns and events.
  • Track social content performance tied to reach, engagement, and application outcomes, providingdata-informed reportsto leadership for optimization.
  • Ensure content accurately reflects Berklee’sdiverse, global community.
