The Basics:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum).
  • Location: London, with travel to various events and activations expected.

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
The Role:

As Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across key digital platforms. You’ll help bring their values and voice to life online, engaging the community and driving awareness with creative, impactful content.

Social media strategy and execution:

  • Co-own the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Support brand awareness, engagement, and sales through creative campaigns and daily content.
  • Stay plugged into cultural trends, industry updates and platform shifts- keeping content current and fresh.
  • Build and manage a platform-specific content calendar that’s reactive, timely, and exciting.

Content creation:

  • Be hands-on with content: filming Reels, editing TikToks, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and producing both high-quality and lo-fi posts
  • Attend events, competitions and other promotional activities to capture a wide range of product and community content.
  • Edit and publish content quickly- striking a balance between polished and in-the-moment.
  • Create graphics, captions, and visual assets that are always on-brand and engaging.

Community management:

  • Act as the digital voice of the brand: responding to DMs, comments, tags and mentions with energy, warmth, and wit.
  • Build relationships with customers, ambassadors, and influencers across platforms.
  • Engage with our online community to turn followers into customers and content into conversation.

Partner &influencer activation:

  • Support the partnerships and events team with the planning and promotion of events, pop-ups and activations - often attending and creating live content on-site.
  • Be the connection between the brand and its wider network - on the ground and online.
What we're looking for:

We’re after a motivated and creative individual who’s passionate about digital culture and storytelling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a generalist marketing, communications, or PR role (ideally within the fitness, wellness or FMCGindustry or a disruptive, challenger brand).
  • A creative and disruptive thinker who isn’t afraid to go after big ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Xplor Technologies, Klaviyo) and G-Suite apps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects.
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.
  • A genuine passion for adventure, sustainability and community.
