Overview

Searcys is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to support, develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive customer engagement. The Institution of Engineering and Technology is a multidisciplinary professional engineering institution. The IET was formed in 2006 from the Institution of Electrical Engineers (1871) and the Institution of Incorporated Engineers (1884).

Salary: £18 per hour

Working hours: 1 day per week, day agreed weekly to meet business needs and events

Hours on Contract: 8 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, creating compelling content that reflects our luxury brand identity.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to drive high-profile coverage.
  • Plan and execute events, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing performance and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the design and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
