Overview

Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote work and time in our London office. We\'re looking for a passionate and strategic Social Impact Manager to join our Social Impact team. You\'ll lead the global STEM engagement and inclusion programme to inspire and support diverse future engineers, technologists, and innovators, and play a key role in advancing our 2030 ESG goals and building brand advocacy across our global ecosystem.

What you will be doing
  • Develop a global STEM engagement and inclusion strategy aligned to RS\'s ESG, People, and brand priorities.
  • Launch and manage the Better World Fund to support global STEM education and inclusion projects.
  • Create a 5-year roadmap to 2030, including KPIs, investment plans, and governance.
  • Deliver end-to-end programme management, including partnerships with universities and community organisations.
  • Support global markets to develop and scale local STEM initiatives.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and third-party delivery partners.
