We are seeking a Locum Social Care Team Manager to join the MASH Team in Southwark. This ongoing locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £45.20 and flexible full-time or part-time working arrangements. You will provide leadership, oversight, and professional guidance while ensuring high-quality multi-agency service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the MASH team, ensuring compliance with best practices, including the use of RAG ratings and applying thresholds effectively.

Provide management oversight and work closely with a multi-agency network to ensure smooth service delivery.

Offer expert advice, guidance, and support to Social Workers to enhance professional performance.

Serve as Duty Manager one week per month, and attend the office at least three days during other weeks to maintain management presence.

Maintain strong relationships with the Southwark community to promote and enhance social care services.

Working Arrangements

Full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility around office attendance.

Office presence required at least three days per week outside duty week.

One week per month as Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
