We are looking for a Smart Repairer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality. You will carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
