Small Works Project Manager - Manchester - Healthcare

Salary: c£50k plus car/allowance, 5% bonus.

Location: Based across a large live hospitals contract in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver multiple small works projects up to a value of £20k.
2. Coordinate with other Project Managers and the Head of Technical to manage subcontractors.
3. Ensure projects such as lighting, room change of use, window, door, bollard replacements, and minor roofing repairs are completed successfully.

Requirements:

• Preferably with a background in M&E.
• Highly organized to manage a busy and varied workload.

Additional Information:

• Contract has 17 years remaining, offering scope for development and growth.
• Subsidised parking available for £6 per day or within walking distance from Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations.
