Overview

Haven vets are looking for an experienced Small Animal Vet who has experience with both surgery and consultations. Are you a confident surgeon? Are you comfortable with supporting colleagues to develop their own skills in routine surgeries and dental procedures? Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by example, coaching colleagues in routine surgeries and dental procedures and supporting skill development.
• Collaborate with the practice director and veterinary team lead to deliver consistently high-quality service to clients and patients.
• Offer autonomy in your role within the first opinion practice to influence the client journey and team performance.
• Contribute to the ongoing clinical projects, team growth, and development of nurses’ roles in schedule 3 and clinical procedures.

• Experienced Small Animal Vet with experience in both surgery and consultations.
• Confident surgeon with the ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Interest in ongoing CPD, leadership training, and career progression opportunities.
