Job description
Overview

Our client is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join their team of experienced staff delivering high quality AAT/ Apprenticeship training and CPD provision. This is a varied role where you\'ll be supporting apprentices, contributing to teaching and assessment, assisting with marketing, and providing wider office support. You\'ll play an important part in ensuring learners succeed while also helping the team deliver a range of professional services.

Responsibilities
  • Support apprentices in building portfolios and preparing for End Point Assessments (EPAs).
  • Guide learners through reviews, skills development, and training plans.
  • Assist with apprenticeship teaching sessions, monitor Off-the-Job Training, and prepare learners for Professional Discussions.
  • Work with the marketing administrator to create website and social media content, update course information, and run promotional campaigns.
  • Provide office support, including finance tasks (invoicing, annual accounts) and assisting the Managing Director with budgets.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a business or finance environment.
  • Assessor qualification (or willingness to gain one within the first year).
  • English and Maths at Level 2 or above, with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ideally: Level 3+ qualification in business/finance (AAT, CIMA, ACCA desirable but not essential).
