Site Surveyor – Fire Safety (Belvedere / North London)

Salary: £40,000 + Car Allowance

Location: Based in Belvedere, with travel to North London as required

We’re working with a well-established fire safety contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to join their growing team. The role is primarily based in Belvedere, with occasional travel to North London.

The Role

As a Site Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for carrying out detailed site surveys across fire safety projects within the social housing sector. You’ll assess, record, and report on fire stopping and fire door installations, ensuring all works meet compliance standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys and inspections
• Assess and record conditions of fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation
• Prepare accurate reports and recommendations
• Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to high standards
• Ensure all compliance and safety requirements are met on-site
