Site Surveyor - Reactive Maintenance – Streatham, covering social housing properties in Lambeth

Up to £48,000 plus benefits

Are you an experienced Site Surveyor looking to join one of the UK's leading contractors? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-volume reactive maintenance works to social housing properties across Lambeth.

The Role

Based out of the Streatham office, you will be responsible for the commercial management of a busy reactive maintenance contract. This includes cost control, valuations, reporting, and supporting operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the commercial performance of reactive maintenance works
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts
  • Working closely with contract managers and site teams to ensure compliance and profitability
  • Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
About You
  • Previous experience as a Site Surveyor (ideally within social housing, maintenance, or refurbishment)
  • Strong knowledge of schedule of rates and maintenance contracts
  • Excellent commercial and financial awareness
