Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Central London to oversee a refurbishment at The Whiteley. The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support the Site/Project Manager with day-to-day operations. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential for success in this role. This position offers a competitive rate of £220 - £240 per day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Site Supervising.
• Valid SSSTS and CSCS Card are required.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the site.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.
• Ensure smooth integration with the existing site team.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report updates, delays, or risks.

Site Supervisor

Location: Central London
Rate: 220 - 240 per day (CIS/Umbrella)

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Supervisor to help oversee a refurbishment located at The Whiteley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Central London area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site/Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the site.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure works are completed to programme.
• Ensure smooth integration with the existing site team and contribute to collaborative working.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report updates, delays, or risks to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Site Supervising
• Valid SSSTS and CSCS Card
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety compliance.
