We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial fit‑out project in Exeter, starting ASAP for a duration of 3 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national FM provider on a high‑profile key account. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

🔧 Role Responsibilities :

• Day‑to‑day site management and supervision of subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
• Managing project timelines and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensuring quality control throughout the fit‑out process

✅ Requirements :

• Proven experience in managing commercial fit‑out projects
• SMSTS (or equivalent)
• First Aid certification
• CSCS card
• NEBOSH (Managing safety) or IOSH
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and lead on‑site activities
