Overview

Site Manager – Woking, Surrey

Salary: £23 - £28 per hour (CIS / Ltd)

Contract type: Temporary position | Start: ASAP

Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Note: Long hours and weekend work available. 6 months plus work.

Responsibilities

• Manage an hotel refurbishment project as the Number 1 site manager on site, with a very client facing role and a tight programme.
• Procure, commercially manage and run jobs on your own; supported by a visiting Contract Manager.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, health & safety, and brand value on site.

Qualifications

• Track record of working on commercial fit out jobs.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Good eye for detail and strong quality assurance skills.
• Health and Safety focused.
• Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
