A major renewable energy company based in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term contract overseeing an 84MW Solar PV project. The candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, and coordinate multiple contractors. Unify HQ is supporting a major renewable energy developer in the appointment of an experienced Site Manager to oversee delivery of an 84MW Solar PV project in the Cambridge region. This is a long‑term contract role suited to someone confident running a busy construction site, coordinating multiple contractors, and ensuring works progress safely, efficiently, and to specification.
You will take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring installation activities are delivered to programme, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Working closely with EPC and ICP partners, you'll maintain strong communication with the client project team and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the build.
