A leading construction company in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee housing refurbishments and maintenance. This role involves managing client expectations and ensuring high standards of work. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in social housing refurbishments, excellent communication skills, and an SMSTS Qualification. Are you a Site manager or experienced Site Supervisor looking to take a step up to management with a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association looking to work for an industry leading company continue to expand? On offer is the chance for a Site Manager to join a company who foster a culture of empowering their employees and put them at the heart of everything they do. They are construction / building company working in housing and are public sector building services specialists. This company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish the homes, properties, with the largest sectors being Social Housing and Local Authorities.
