A local educational institution located in Birkenhead is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of school premises. The role involves maintaining buildings and grounds, managing safety compliance, and overseeing a small team of staff. Ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance experience and strong leadership skills, as well as a commitment to safeguarding students. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a supportive work environment.
The Role: Site Manager. As the Site Manager, you will be crucial to the smooth and safe running of our school premises, ensuring buildings and grounds are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with all health and safety regulations, creating a welcoming space for students, staff, and visitors.
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. Split shift of 7am‑10.30am and 2.30pm‑6pm (5:45pm Friday). Salary: Band E. Contract: Permanent, Maintenance & Repair.
