Responsibilities

  • Follow Kier 5 SHE Basics and standards for all works.
  • Conduct RAMS reviews and set contractors to work safely.
  • Monitor subcontractors and maintain accurate project records.
  • Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Overview

Site Manager role with Kier Workplace Solutions. Location: Crawley, with travel to the office and sites across the region as required.

Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Some flexibility on hours available; please discuss on contact.

Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Following Kier 5 SHE Basics and standards for all works.
  • Conducting RAMS reviews and setting contractors to work safely.
  • Monitoring subcontractors and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Supporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
  • You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely certification.
  • You have a strong safety culture and excellent communication skills.
  • You're proficient in MS Office and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You're flexible and able to travel across a wide area for client needs.
