A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a school facility in Belle Vale. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance, managing staff, and maintaining the school's condition. The ideal candidate must have experience in facility management and be comfortable undergoing background checks. Starting as soon as possible, this temporary role offers competitive hourly pay.

Salary: £16.50 - £17.10 per hour

Purpose of the role:
To efficiently manage the school site, accommodation, buildings and the surrounds. The appointed person will be responsible for the overall security, as well as all Health and Safety across the school - Ensuring it's all compliant and checked etc. You will also be required to manage the other facilities staff.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 - Some hours may be required to work outside of this to help with events and as required by the business.
Due to the nature of this position being within a school, the appointed person will need to be comfortable with having extensive background checks completed such as an Enhanced DBS, online eLearn's and more.
