Overview

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks and civils project based in Huddersfield.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Amending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Requirements

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)
• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
• 8+ years management experience
