A local authority in Heddon-on-the-Wall is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for Maidensbridge Primary School. This role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of the school site, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Applicants should have site management experience and ideally hold qualifications in electrics, plumbing, or carpentry. The position offers a permanent contract with working hours from early morning to late afternoon, focusing on fostering a positive community for children and staff.
Maidensbridge Primary School is situated on Beachcroft Road, Wall Heath. We are a one–form entry school with an age range of 4‑11 and currently have 204 pupils on roll. Our aim is to create a happy and caring environment for children by providing a wide range of well‑balanced learning opportunities for all to help them grow into independent and responsible people. Maidensbridge is a very friendly, hard‑working and successful school where teamwork is encouraged to promote high standards and achievement in all aspects of learning.
We are seeking a Site Manager who is observant to detail, enthusiastic and positive with a "can do attitude" to join our friendly team.
Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year. You will be appointed on a permanent contract. Your working hours will be 6.00am - 10.15am & 3.15pm - 6.00pm.
You will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities of the fabric and grounds of the school site.
