A main contractor in residential building is seeking a Site Manager for a new build project in South London. Responsibilities include overseeing construction processes, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Candidates must have valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead exciting projects from start to finish.
A small main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build residential project in South London. The project is due to start on site in late 2025 completing in Summer 2027.
Reporting to a visiting based Project Manager, the successful site manager will be required to oversee certain areas of the build organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.
Relevant qualification and tickets: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
