Job description
Site Manager - South London - New Build Residential

A small main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build residential project in South London. The project is due to start on site in late 2025 completing in Summer 2027.


Reporting to a visiting based Project Manager, the successful site manager will be required to oversee certain areas of the build organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure smooth on site construction process

  • Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors

  • Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

  • Strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations


Relevant qualification and tickets: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
