Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
  • Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Experience delivering projects in the £2m - £5m range.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid.
  • IT literate - comfortable with tablets, reporting software, and digital drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site operations on projects typically valued between £2m - £5m.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on live sites.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality control, and site housekeeping.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams.
  • Use digital systems for site reporting, document control, and programmes.

This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is confident running projects from pre-start through to handover, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.
