Overview

What skills and experience we're looking for

Working together to maintain and improve our estates and provide an environment where children will thrive and learning will flourish. The Estates Team, sitting within the Core Service Team, is responsible for ensuring that our buildings are fully operational, legally compliant and excellent learning environments. You will be joining a highly skilled and professional team.

Aspire is a forward thinking and dynamic organisation that is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of our academies. We require a School Site Manager to join our amazing team.

Role details

The successful candidate will be working 37 hours per week in a permanent position. If you are multi-skilled, have a ‘can do’ attitude and you are looking for a new challenge then this is the role for you. A role that has a competitive salary, family friendly policies and clear career progression paths. The role will be both challenging and rewarding. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence due to the demands of the role.

The proposed interview date is 14th October 2025.
