Job summary

A leading project management contractor based in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the safe execution of projects for various sites. The role requires strong skills in health and safety leadership and project risk management. Job description
Site Manager Role Purpose :

Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects for various Rolls-Royce sites. You will ensure that projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royce standards in regards to safety, quality and programme, whilst complying as a Principle Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards. You will be qualified in a related trade e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc.

What you will be doing as our Site Manager :
  • Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, promote behavioural safety improvements and carry out regular site manager safety audits reporting findings to the management / safety team.
  • Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project. Delivering projects to programme as set by the senior management team.
  • Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance.
  • Promote, develop and maintain effective client / stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at site level.
