Rate: £260-£2300 per day

Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
  • Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing snagging lists and quality control
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
  • Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, NHS projects
  • Interiors and Fit‑Out experience for a main contractor
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
